Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

Every batch is lovingly handcrafted and hand poured, please allow up to a maximum of 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Due to batches being made in small doses to meet quality standards, bulk order dispatch times may slightly vary.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of received payment and the dispatch date. Orders are posted 2nd Class, via Royal Mail with certificate of postage. 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item, or your order arrives damaged we sincerely apologise and understand that you may wish to return them. Please contact us to let us know and we endeavour to try and rectify any issues.

Please contact us via email, within 14 days of receiving your items.
